Review the existing job schedule plans
Some background jobs need to be triggered on regular bases. This process is managed by the schedule plans.
To browse all existing schedule plans, you need to:
- Log in to the WordFrame Integra Core Administration
- Click on the "Architect" tab in the upper left corner
- Click on the "Platform monitoring " menu in the main navigation bar
- Click on “Schedule plans” link in the "Background jobs" section on the left of the screen
The “Existing schedule plans” grid displays the following information:
status Description: Status of the plan (enabled or disabled).plan nameDescription: Name of the scheduled plan.job nameDescription: Name of the job.scheduleDescription: How often plan will be scheduled.next trigger onDescription: The date when will be the next execution of the plan.enable/disable alertDescription: Using this button, you can manage receiving emails each time when the plan executes.
Using the "mange" button, you can edit the current schedule plan.
