public Review the details of a system backup schedule plan
To review a backup plan details, you need to:
- Log in to the WordFrame Integra Core Administration
- Click on the "Architect" tab in the upper left corner
- Click on the "Global settings" menu in the main navigation bar
- Click on “Backup schedule” link in the "Database Settings" section on the left of the screen
- Click on the corresponding "view" link of the plan you want to review.
The page displays the following information:
General details
- schedule plan id
- Description: unique identifier of this schedule plan
- description
- Description: brief description of the backup schedule plan.
- status
- Description: status of the backup plan.
- schedule starts on
- Description: schedule starts on.
- schedule ends on
- Description:The date on which the schedule plan will stop scheduling background jobs
- schedule period
- Description: schedule period
- schedule jobs name
- Description: name of the scheduled jobs
- scheduled job type
- Description: type of the scheduled job
- scheduled by application
- Description: name of the application that created the schedule plan
- plan created on
- Description: date when the plan was created
- plan last modified on
- Description: date when the plan was last modified
- parameters
- Description: job execution parameters. To review them, click on “view job execution parameters”
- scheduled jobs
- Description: a list of already scheduled jobs by this schedule plan. To review it, click on the “already scheduled jobs list”
- scheduled by application
- Description: name of the application that created the schedule plan
- last triggered on
- Description: date when plan was last triggered
- next trigger time
- Description: date of next scheduled execution of the plan
- alert
- Description: this field shows if an email will be send to the system, each time when the schedule plan starts
Specific details
- backup name
- Description: name of the backup plan
- backup description
- Description: a brief description of the backup
- backup folder
- Description: a folder where the backup files are stored
- authentication domain
- Description: name of the authentication domain
- username
- Description: username of the account that can read and write in backup folder
- keep up to
- Description: number of the backups kept in the backup folder
