public System errors log

In “System errors log” you can see a list of all logged system errors. They can be any of the following error types: Server Start error; Server Shut-Down error; Unexpected Server Shut-Down error; Page access denied; Backup database. To review them, you need to:

  1. Log in to the WordFrame Integra Core Administration
  2. Click on the "Builder" tab in the upper left corner
  3. Click on the "Reports & Logs" menu in the main navigation bar
  4. Click on the “System errors” link in the “Operational log” section on the left of the screen.

To subscribe to receive an email when a new system error occurs, you need to:

  1. Log in to the WordFrame Integra Core Administration
  2. Click on the "Builder" tab in the upper left corner
  3. Click on the "Reports & Logs" menu in the main navigation bar
  4. Click on the “System errors” link in the “Operational log” section on the left of the screen.
  5. Click on the “enable” button located in the “Email alerts” grid.
