public System logs period
"System logs period" allows you to select the time period for which part of logged records are kept in the system. It's a balance on how much history statistics you need to store and how much disk space you want to dedicate.
To view this section, you need to:
- Log in to the WordFrame Integra Core Administration
- Click on the "Architect" tab in the upper left corner
- Click on the "Global settings" menu in the main navigation bar
- Click on “Logs period” link in the "Security" section on the left of the screen
The Logs grid displays the following information:
- log name
- Description: name of the log
- current log period
- Description: time when the logs will be kept in the system
- records
- Description: number of the records in the current log
- size, MB
- Description: the total size of the records in the log
- purge
- Description: using the “purge” button you can delete the logs before the current log period expires
- manage
- Description: using this button, you can manage the log records period
- export
- Description: link redirects to the generate report section , where you can create a report.
